We are happy to take e-mail enquiries and applications but it will be necessary to speak to us in person to enrol your child into the school. If you are unable make contact at first , please try again.
The Warwick Dance Arts School carries Public Liability Insurance which will cover your child whilst in our care.
All teachers and assistants are Enhanced CRB Police checked for security purposes.
Additionally some will be council registered chaperones.
Terms and Conditions
¬ Parents are required to sign a registration form, the duplicate of which is to be retained by the family. By signing this form you agree to give at least five weeks notice of leaving the School, regardless of holidays. This will not apply during your first term with us. ¬ If you do not inform us in writing that your child is leaving you will be liable to pay the next term of lessons. ¬ All lessons in a term must be paid for by the date indicated on your bill or a surcharge will be added. ¬ If the pupil is absent due to hospitalisation or serious illness lessons can be credited. Please see the Principal in the event of this occuring. ¬ The pupil's first lesson will be free of charge. This does not apply to anyone returning to the school after a period of absence or to singing & piano lessons. ¬ The Principal needs to be informed of any special needs, emotional upset or change of circumstances that a pupil may be affected by.
Guideline prices (per hour) Pre-school classes to Grade 2 . . . £4.00 to £4.50 per class. (£2.20 for baby tap.) How do I pay?
¬ By cheque to 'Amanda Warwick School' or by cash. (Dancewear is payable only to J. Williams). ¬ You will be given a printed envelope in which your fees need to be returned. ¬ The envelope will be printed with your child's PIN number and an individual invoice number. Full details of classes taken, dates, costs involved, and other relevant information will also be shown. ¬ The envelope will display the date by which we should receive the fees. ¬ There will be a surcharge for overdue fees unless you inform us straight away of a genuine problem affecting the payment. At times of exams and shows, the fees will be spread out for easier payment when possible. ¬ Please do not alter any incorrect invoices yourself. Always return them to be adjusted. ¬ Receipts and balance statements can be issued.
We currently run four courses per year, based on forty lessons in total
The course periods run from approximately Autumn Term September 8th to November 20th Spring Term February 21st to May 20th Winter Term November 21st to February 20th Summer Term May 21st to July 24th
